Markance Tech Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in Markance Tech‘s products and services. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

Services

Due to the nature of our services, Markance Tech does not offer refunds for services rendered. This includes consulting fees, website development work, marketing campaigns, and other service-based offerings. Once a service project commences, we dedicate time and resources to fulfill your specific needs.

Products

Markance Tech offers a 7-day return window for some « physical » products, excluding the following:

• Technological or electronic products: We do not accept returns for technological or electronic products unless they exhibit a verifiable manufacturing defect. In such cases, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for further information and support.
• Copyable products: Products that can be easily replicated, such as downloadable forms or templates, are not eligible for returns.
• Licenses, digital products, and services: Due to their intangible nature, licenses, downloadable digital products, and associated services are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Courses: After Purchasing a course, you have 7 days to ask for a refund. We do not provide any refund whatsoever after the 7-day window.

How to Initiate a Return:

If you wish to return an eligible product within the 7-day window, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team by email at « support@markancetech.com« .
2. Provide your order number, receipt/Bank statement and a brief explanation for the return.
3. Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance for your own protection.

Refunds:

Upon receiving your returned product in its original, unused condition, Markance Tech will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method used.

Please Note:

• We reserve the right to deny returns for products that are not received in their original condition or that are returned outside the 7-day window.
• This policy applies solely to purchases made directly through Markance Tech, LLC. If you purchased a product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return and refund policy.
